Our History

For more than 100 years, Bennett’s Gas has served the community as a family and locally owned propane company. It’s a tradition now proudly carried on by the fourth and fifth generations of the Bennett family. What began as a small general store in the 1800s has evolved into a company primarily dedicated to delivering propane and serving the communities it calls home.

About Us

We service residential, commercial and industrial customers in the following counties in Northern and Central Kentucky: Spencer, Bullitt, Nelson, Jefferson, Carroll, Shelby, Oldham, Trimble, Henry, and Anderson. We have offices in Taylorsville and Lebanon Junction that are staffed Monday–Friday. Your call is always answered by a real person, not a call center, and an after-hours emergency line ensures you’re never left without support, especially when you need it most.
